Hot-dip galvanized flat roof steel construction with weatherproof corrugated metal roof in variable sizes, selectable side walls and pre-tested type statics.
Shapely smoking shelter with good visibility from all sides, perfectly suitable for people or two-wheelers, made of galvanized steel profiles and safety glass. Supporting frame construction made of sectional tubes. Flat roof (purlin-less roof system) made of circumferential beveled profile (150 mm) with internal bitumen-coated rain gutter. Roof covering made of profiled metal sheet, galvanized on both sides and color-coated similar to RAL 9002 gray-white. Drainage is through the rear right corner post by means of a water spout to the rear (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the floor).

Anti-corrosion protection: The entire structure is galvanized, primed and color-coated or painted with environmentally friendly two-component paint.

Delivery options:

• Completely assembled - roofing is positioned completely assembled with the crane truck on site at the customer's installation location. Truck crane checklist - please click on link!
• Kit delivery - If the installation site is in a place not accessible by crane truck. 

Options for foundation, base plates, fastening:

The following options are available for fastening to the ground or for the foundation:

• Fastening to existing foundation - for doweling onto foundation points or floor slabs provided by the customer.
• Paved ground - For this purpose you will receive extended support pillars, which are set in concrete and are suitable for overpaving. You will achieve a secure hold and the height of the roofing will be maintained

Including reinforced concrete base plate:

With prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slab. This eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming foundation work. The base plate is placed at ground level on the sand or gravel bed prepared by you. With the neutrally designed base plate, you also ensure a visually attractive overall effect.  2655x2360x140 mm (approx. 2140 kg)
Precast reinforced concrete slab with textured top surface, slip resistance class of concrete surface: R13. Additional stone joint grid 300x300 mm. End faces smooth with formwork, underside smoothed by hand, edge break all around. Including statically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m2. Including 4 transportation anchors.

Green roofing system: (optional)

Modular, sustainable green rooftop. Create real added value for people and nature. The system is composed of modules that can be easily and safely integrated into the trapezoidal profile of our roofs. The modules consist of special trays, which are equipped with resistant sedum plants.

Lighting InLight+ with VersoVolt: (optional)

 

Charge during the day, illuminate at night - the InLight+ integrates seamlessly into the trapezoidal sheet metal of the roof structure and is vandal-proof. Thanks to energy-efficient LED lighting with an intelligent presence detector, it saves energy, dims when not in use and lights up all night in winter. The photovoltaic system (VersoVolt) on the roof powers the lighting autonomously, without the need for ground work for a power grid connection.

Possibilities of unloading and assembly on site:

• Self-unloading - you have the possibility to unload the goods on site by yourself, so we do not need a crane truck. 
• Unloading by crane truck - delivery and unloading on site by crane truck, without assembly.
• Unloading by crane truck incl. assembly on site - roofing is unloaded by us, positioned and professionally assembled on site and doweled to the ground.

• Lighting - InLight - Fully integrated lighting system with motion sensor and efficient LED technology.

Notes in case of assembly by us:  
The required foundations are to be provided by the customer according to our specifications.
With the order confirmation you will receive a foundation plan, whereby we assume normal soil conditions (2 kg/sq cm) for the dimensioning.
It is necessary to ensure that the holes of at least 100 mm can be drilled into the floor slab without reinforcement.
There are no utility lines in the area of the ground anchoring.
When quoting, we assume no longitudinal or transverse slope to the extent that adjustment of the design is required.
In the specific case, we will be happy to offer you a slope adjustment (for an additional charge) upon request.
Foundations to be constructed must be on the same level and horizontal without slope, with a maximum height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Dowelling by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packaging:
The packaging material necessary for the truck transport (wood, PE foil, cardboard, etc.) will be disposed of by you on site.

Delivery time:
approx. 6-8 weeks after order confirmation

Exclusion from exchange:
Items that are coated according to RAL colors, custom-made, or individually manufactured are excluded from exchange (return).
