Installation instructions for M12 bolt anchors

Tip: For maximum safety, only use in approved substrates and with suitable drill bits.

• 1. Drill hole

     • Use a hammer drill Ø 12 mm (for M12 bolt anchors)

     • Drill to a depth corresponding to the anchor length (100 mm → approx. 110 mm / 120 mm → approx. 130 mm)

  2. Clean the drill hole

     • Thoroughly remove drill dust with a brush or compressed air

  3. Insert the bolt anchor

     • Insert the anchor into the drill hole until the washer is flush

  4. Tighten

     • Tighten the nut with a torque wrench (M12: approx. 50–60 Nm, observe manufacturer's specifications)

  5. Load

     • The anchor can be fully loaded immediately after installation
