Elegant roofing made of galvanized steel profiles and perforated sheet. Load-bearing frame construction made of profile tubes. Flat roof (purlin-less roof system) made of circumferential beveled profile (150 mm), with internal bituminized water gutter.
Roof covering made of profiled sheet metal. Drainage through the rear right corner posts (water outlet approx. 120 mm above the ground).
6 supports with base plates for dowelling. Incl. ground fixing material (dowels) made of stainless steel.
This may only be used for fastening according to the supplied foundation plans.
4 rear panels , 2 side panels right , 2 sliding doors, 2 side panels left with perforated sheet filling RAL 7016 anthracite gray. (other RAL colors on request)

Entrance is through the two sliding doors at the front.
One sliding door runs outside in front of the post and one sliding door runs inside behind the post.

• Kit delivery - If the installation site is in a location that can not be reached by the crane truck. 

Options for foundation, ground plates, fastening:

• Fastening to existing foundation - for doweling onto foundation points or floor slabs provided by the customer.
• Paved surface - support leg extension: 200mm extension of the support legs for subsequent paving over.
• Supplied with prefabricated concrete foundation plate 4720x2360x140 mm (approx. 3800 kg). With prefabricated reinforced concrete base plate. This eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming foundation work. The base plate is placed at ground level on the sand or gravel bed prepared by you. With the neutrally designed floor slab, you also ensure a visually attractive overall effect. Precast reinforced concrete slab with textured top surface, slip resistance class of the concrete surface: R13. Additional stone joint grid 300x300 mm. End faces smooth with formwork, underside smoothed by hand, edge break all around. Including statically required reinforcement up to 15 kg/m2. Including 4 transport anchors.

Green roofs:

Unloading by crane truck incl. assembly on site - roofing is unloaded by us, positioned and professionally assembled on site and doweled to the subsoil.

Notes in case of assembly by us:
The required foundations are to be provided by the customer according to our specifications.
You will receive a foundation plan with the order confirmation, whereby we assume normal ground conditions (2 kg/sq. cm) for the dimensioning.
It must be ensured that it is possible to drill holes of at least 100 mm into the floor slab without reinforcement.
There are no supply lines in the area of the floor dowelling.
In the offer, we do not assume any longitudinal or transverse slope to the extent that an adjustment of the construction is required.
In the specific case, we will be happy to offer you a slope adjustment (at an extra charge) upon request.
Foundations to be constructed must be on the same level and in balance without slope, with a max. height difference of +/- 5 mm.
Dowelling by our installation team on paved or asphalt surfaces (tar, bitumen, etc.) is not permitted.

Packing:
The packaging material necessary for the truck transport (wood, PE foil, cardboard, etc.) will be disposed of by you on site.
Exclusion from exchange:
Items that are coated according to RAL colors, custom-made, or individually manufactured are excluded from exchange (return).
