French balcony / guardrail / window grille - model Bordeaux galvanized steel with powder coated surface in color of your choice  

High quality French balcony made of galvanized steel with powder coated surface - MADE IN GERMANY - directly from the manufacturer. All connections are stable and professionally welded. For the filling rods we use exclusively solid material Ø 12 mm. Cheap China goods are often made of cheap round tubes.

• Material: steel (S235JR)
• Surface: hot-dip galvanized with powder coated surface
• Handrail: tube Ø 42.4 mm - wall thickness: 2mm (optionally available in stainless steel)
• Top and bottom chord frames: tube Ø 33.7 mm - wall thickness: 2 mm
• Rods: Ø 12.0 mm - solid material
• Spacing between rods varies according to total length: maximum 120 mm
• Height: 1000 mm (other heights upon request)

Determine mounting distance:
Enter the value in mm at the top of the selection box.
Bef. Abstand = Mounting distance = Mounting width 
A distance of approx. 10 cm from the wall edge should be maintained, otherwise the masonry may break away.

Example calculation of mounting distance:
1000 mm window width (reveal dimension)
+100 mm left distance
+100 mm right distance
= 1200 mm mounting distance

Mounting distance for attachment in the reveal:
Fixing distance =  dimension of the window reveal

Select handrail variant:

• Galvanized steel handrail
• Handrail in stainless steel 1.4301 - polished

Select color: Please specify in the selection field!
All DB-Iron Mica colors and RAL colors are possible.

Mounting material:
Depending on the type of wall, different mounting materials are needed for the French balcony.
For proper installation, please observe the applicable building regulations.
When fixing to a wall with external insulation (thermal insulation), special fixing material is used.
