For the infill rods, we exclusively use solid material Ø 12 mm.
Cheap Chinese goods are often made from inferior round tubing.

Hole spacing = mounting distance = mounting width
Total length = hole spacing + 50mm

A distance of approximately 10 cm from the edge of the wall should be maintained, otherwise the masonry may break out.

Example calculation of mounting distance:
1000 mm window width (reveal dimension)
+100 mm left distance
+100 mm right distance
= 1200 mm mounting distance

Mounting kit - Mounting material:
Depending on the condition of the wall, different mounting materials are required for the French balcony.

  • Fastening in masonry on brick, aerated concrete
  • Fastening in masonry - brick, aerated concrete with thermal insulation ETICS
  • Mounting on wooden stand

In the configurator, you can add the fastening material depending on the type of wall.

For proper installation, please observe the applicable building regulations. Please check with the relevant building authority beforehand. The installer on site assumes liability for selecting the correct mounting materials and ensuring proper fastening.


Kit consisting of:

  • Top and bottom chord 2x round tube D42.4mm, 1.4301 - length as selected
  • Round bars, 12mm diameter, made of solid material 1.4301 - spacing by length max. 12cm.
  • Plastic push-fit sockets - quantity according to pitch
  • 4x wall mounting brackets

The push-fit socket is precisely adapted to the bore in the pipe, allowing for easy manual insertion. The round rods can then be easily driven through the sockets into the pipe using a PVC hammer. Installation time for the entire system is approximately 15 minutes.
