For the filling rods we use exclusively solid material Ø 12 mm. Cheap China goods are often made of cheap round tubes.

Mounting distance = Drill hole distance
Total length = Drill hole distance + 50mm
A distance of approx. 10 cm from the wall edge should be maintained, otherwise the masonry may break away.
Example calculation mounting distance:
1000 mm window width (reveal width)
+100 mm left distance
+100 mm right distance
= 1200 mm mounting distance
Mounting material:
Depending on the type of wall, different mounting materials are needed for the French balcony.
For proper installation, please observe the applicable building regulations.
When fixing to a wall with external insulation (thermal insulation), special fixing material is used.

The socket is precisely adapted to the hole in the tube, so that it can be inserted by hand without any problems. The round rods can then simply be inserted into the pipe through the sleeves using a PVC hammer. Assembly time for the complete system approx. 15min
